Emergency Management for Residents in Need

         Leet Township is compiling a list of residents who need special medical assistance during an emergency. If your loved one has special needs or you know someone who might require help in an emergency, please fill out the Special Needs Notice and submit it to Chief Jameson at the Leet Township Police Department. You can download the form to complete it and email it to Chief Brian Jameson at bjameson@leettwp.org, mail it to Leet Township, 194 Ambridge Ave, Fair Oaks, PA 15003, Attn: Chief Jameson, or visit in person to complete the “Special Needs Notice for First Responders.”
